Initial Conversation
Before anything is confirmed, we schedule an introductory call to learn more about your event. During this conversation we discuss:
- Date & time
- Preferred package
- Expected number of guests
- Music style and preferences
- Songs or genres you specifically do not want to hear
This step ensures we are aligned from the start. We are an all-round DJ company, able to adapt to many types of events, but not every event is the right fit for us. The initial conversation helps confirm that we share the same expectations and energy.
Planning Phase
Once the date is confirmed and we are officially booked, we stay in close contact to make sure everything runs smoothly. We keep you informed about the technical setup, timeline, and any special requests so that your event is fully prepared and stress-free.
Event Day
On the day of your event, we arrive approximately two hours in advance to set up our sound and lighting systems. After a full sound check and final adjustments, everything is ready. From that moment on, you can relax and enjoy — we take care of the rest.

We believe in clear agreements and honest communication. The price you receive includes everything that is discussed in your chosen package — no unexpected extras, no hidden fees, and no surprises afterwards. If additional requests arise, they are always discussed and approved in advance.
